DataJelly provides SEO snapshots, edge rendering, and site monitoring for JavaScript-based web applications. Features may change or evolve over time.

## 3. Account Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt servers, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any laws while using DataJelly.

## 5. Subscription & Billing

Free and paid plans are available. You may cancel at any time. For paid plans, charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

## 7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned outages or emergency maintenance may occur.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including breach of these terms.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataJelly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
